We process your customers' data only as a service provider on your behalf and in accordance with your instructions.

5. AI Service Providers and Data Processing

### Overview

To provide our AI-powered chatbot and automation services, we utilize third-party artificial intelligence providers. This section explains how your data and your customers' data is processed by these AI services.

### AI Providers We Use

We currently use the following AI service providers to power our chatbot capabilities:

- OpenAI: For natural language processing and conversation generation

- Anthropic: For advanced AI reasoning and conversation capabilities

- Thinkrr: For specialized AI functions and integrations

These providers may change as we optimize our services and adopt new technologies. We will update this policy to reflect any material changes in our AI providers.

### Data Processing Agreements and Security

All our AI service providers:

- Are bound by Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) that ensure the confidentiality and security of your data

- Adhere to strict data protection regulations and industry security standards

- Implement appropriate safeguards including data encryption and access controls

- Process data only for the purpose of providing the requested AI functionality

### What Data is Processed by AI Providers

The information processed by our AI providers depends on how you and your customers interact with our chatbot services. This may include:

Identity and Contact Information:

- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and other contact details provided during chatbot conversations

- Professional information such as company names, job titles, or business details

Conversation Data:

- Text-based messages, questions, and responses exchanged with the AI chatbot

- Context and metadata associated with conversations (timestamps, conversation flow, intent)

- Any information voluntarily provided during chatbot interactions

Business Information:

- Details about products, services, or business inquiries shared during conversations

- Appointment scheduling information and preferences

- Customer support requests and related information

Important: The AI providers do NOT receive information unless it is actively provided through interaction with our AI chatbot services. Simply visiting our website or providing contact information for demos does not trigger AI processing.

### Purpose of AI Processing

Data is sent to AI providers for a single purpose: to generate the conversational responses and functionality that you or your customers explicitly requested through the chatbot interface. For example:

- A customer asks a question, which is sent to the AI provider to generate an appropriate answer

- A user requests appointment scheduling, which is processed by AI to understand intent and provide options

- Business information is shared to get customized recommendations or support

The AI providers process this data solely to deliver the requested chatbot functionality and return responses to the user.

### AI Training and Model Improvement

Critical Privacy Protection: We have contractual agreements in place with our AI providers that prohibit them from using your data or your customers' data to train or improve their foundational AI models. Your conversations and business information remain confidential and are not used to benefit other users or improve the AI providers' general models.

### Data Retention by AI Providers

- Active Services: Data is retained by AI providers only as long as necessary to provide the chatbot service and process ongoing conversations

- Account Termination: Upon termination or deletion of your account, all personal data processed by our AI partners will be permanently deleted from our active systems and requested for deletion from our AI providers within 60 days

- On-Demand Deletion: You may request deletion of specific conversation data or your entire interaction history at any time by contacting us at [email protected]

- Legal Retention: We may retain certain data only if required by law or to comply with legal obligations, after which it will be immediately deleted

### Your Control Over AI Processing

You maintain control over what data is processed by AI providers:

- AI processing only occurs when you or your customers actively use the chatbot features

- You can choose which AI features and integrations to enable for your services

- You can request deletion of processed data at any time

- You can terminate services and request complete data removal

### Data Flow Example

To help you understand the data flow:

1. Your customer interacts with your ISI Bot-powered chatbot

2. The conversation data is transmitted securely to our AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Thinkrr)

3. The AI provider processes the message and generates a response

4. The response is returned to the chatbot and displayed to your customer

5. Conversation data may be stored in your GoHighLevel CRM for your business records

6. The AI provider does not retain the data for training purposes and processes it only to provide the service

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
